Monique Purcell
Monique is an experienced Human Resources consultant with over 13 years experience supporting a range of organisations within mining, education and community services. She has extensive experience in talent management, capability development, learning, process improvement and project delivery.
Having studied Psychology and volunteered for a number of local not-for-profit organisations, Monique has always been passionate about helping underprivileged and vulnerable people and is excited to play a role in supporting Put Them First’s commitment to making positive changes in the current care system.
Since founding and managing a variety of small businesses, Monique has developed a passion for all things creative, in particular, branding, marketing and social media. In her spare time, Monique enjoys staying active and spending quality time with her husband, family, friends and furbaby.
